‘I want you to listen to what I just said
‘I wouldn’t trade you for anything but I would trade anything to change what’s in your head’

I want humanity; the truth of what it means to be myself, externalized, pursuing any depth to fulfill that purpose. I want to be me so that you can be yourself.

I, on a whim, listen to music in my brain that doesn't exist yet. I hear the melodies viscerally. And if I’m lucky, I find the patience to write them down.

I (personally) believe in God, so I’m a saint. Apollo is (allegedly) the god of music, so I’m him.
Self-Love Machine.
A big piece of St. Apollo lore is in the instrument.
Humans need to take care of themselves. For some of us, that act is more difficult. We may need, perhaps, incentive to get up and face the world, or even live with ourselves every day. We graft machines using the things we love and call them “ours." People. Things. Art. We craft mechanisms to trigger certain feelings; feelings we aren’t able to experience on our own. While the ethics of using artificial entities alone to justify the preservation of human life are up for debate, interacting with these “self-love machines” may be enough to engage the empathy one needs for themselves to keep living. This is one of mine. My ukulele. An object powerful enough to make me cry. A tool to help remind me why life’s worth living. Another gateway I’ve constructed between myself, and you.
What’s yours?

:):
What can be said on one’s first voyage into an art? Well, this wasn’t quite the first, but this album nevertheless represents a milestone in the moody, introspective, hip-hop/alternative vibe for St. Apollo.

L.O.M.L.
Love was in the air. The question is who’s left still breathing. Recounting a rather personal life story, Love of My Life; acronym: L.O.M.L. shows for such as it is all true lovers are, “…Unsaid and skittish in all motions else…” - Shakespeare

JUST DO IT
A collection produced from stagnation and artistic profundity. After months of paralysis, this spontaneous EP of vaulted dreams is a testament to the idea that sometimes, you’ve gotta just do it.
Music Video.
Releasing alongside its debut album, daily driverr. has a music video, featuring Johnathan Crain in the film.

Hiatus.
“He who chases two rabbits, catches neither.”
- Confucius
I am, by no means, done with music.
